Why hire an agency for PPC?

Google Ads is not a set-it-and-forget-it channel. Algorithms evolve, competition shifts, and your account—if left unattended—will bleed money into low-intent keywords and declining ROAS.

I run Google Ads as a full-time discipline. Every week I’m adjusting bids, pausing underperformers, testing new creatives, and ensuring your money goes to high-intent searchers. That’s the difference between passive management and active, profitable growth.

What I handle

How we work together

  1. Discovery callWe discuss your goals, current spend, and main challenges. No pressure—I’ll tell you if PPC is even the right move for you.
  2. Audit & planI review your existing setup (if you have one), identify gaps, and propose a strategy tailored to your niche and budget.
  3. Build or rebuildNew accounts get proper structure. Existing ones get overhauled where needed. Then I launch and monitor closely.
  4. Ongoing managementWeekly optimisations, monthly reporting, and regular strategy calls to keep us aligned on goals.

No vanity metrics here

I don’t chase CTR or impression share. I optimise for profitable conversions. That means I’ll pause keywords that look busy but don’t convert. I’ll cut spend from campaigns that are top-of-funnel noise. Some clients find that refreshing; if you want bragging-rights metrics, I’m not your consultant.

Pricing that scales with you

Minimum investment is from £300/month, which covers full management up to £3,000/month in ad spend. Above that, the fee is 10% of ad spend—so if you spend £5,000/month, you pay £500 management. Ad spend itself goes directly to Google; no markup, no hidden fees. Simple.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manage Google Ads for businesses in Camelford and the wider Cornwall area?

Yes. I work entirely remote, so location doesn’t matter. Whether you’re in Camelford, Bodmin, or anywhere in the UK, I can manage your account end-to-end.

What's the minimum ad spend to work with you?

My minimum management fee is from £300/month, which covers accounts spending up to £3,000/month. If your ad spend is lower, let’s discuss—some smaller businesses benefit more from an audit than ongoing management.

How do you charge—is it a percentage of ad spend?

No percentage of ad spend below the threshold. Up to £3,000/month ad spend, you pay from £300/month flat. Above that, it’s 10% of ad spend. Ad spend itself is billed separately by Google; I don’t handle that payment or take commission.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No contract lock-in. If you want to pause or move on, just let me know. That said, PPC benefits most from consistent oversight, so stopping mid-month rarely helps results.

What ROAS should I expect?

That depends entirely on your niche, margins, and competition. Ecommerce margins vary wildly; home services differ again. I focus on your profitable ROAS, not an industry average. We set targets in the discovery call based on your actual numbers.

Do you work with ecommerce and home services?

Those are my core niches. Ecommerce (D2C especially) and trades/home services. Other verticals—I can do them, but I specialise in these two because I’ve run enough volume to spot the patterns.

Ready to scale your ad spend?

I'll review your current setup and build a plan tailored to your goals. No pitch, just honest diagnosis.
