Most Google Ads accounts leak money. Yours probably does too.

I’ve reviewed hundreds of accounts over 12 years. Almost none are optimally structured. You see this pattern: campaigns that don’t cleanly separate by product line or offer; keywords too broad or too specific; conversion tracking that’s incomplete or just missing entirely; bids that are the same across poor-performing and best-performing geographies; ad copy that hasn’t been tested since it was written; keyword negatives that are thin; or whole audiences that should be excluded but aren’t. A good audit finds where you’re spending money on low-return clicks. Then you know what to fix.

What's in a full PPC audit

No obligation. No upsell.

You get a written audit, a clear roadmap, and you decide what to do with it. If you want to fix it yourself, great. If you want help, we talk.

Who needs an audit

You’ve been running Google Ads for a while, but you’re not sure if you’re doing it right. Your cost per lead or sale is creeping up, and you can’t figure out why. You hired an agency or consultant a while back, and now you want an outside opinion. You’re in Solihull, West Midlands, or anywhere in the UK, selling online or via services (trades, consulting, home improvement, etc.). You know your margin and understand what a good customer is worth. You want a concrete diagnosis before you commit to ongoing management.

How an audit works

  1. Kickoff callYou tell me about your business, your current ads, and what you’re concerned about. I explain what I’ll look at and how long it takes.
  2. Account accessYou give me read-only access to your Google Ads account (and Google Analytics if you’ve got it). I spend a few days pulling data and running analysis.
  3. Written audit + callI send you a detailed written report with findings and recommendations. Then we do a follow-up call to walk through the results and answer questions.

What you get to do after

The audit gives you a roadmap. You can take it internally and fix things yourself. You can share it with your current agency and ask why they haven’t addressed those issues. Or you can hire me to handle the fixes on an ongoing basis. It’s entirely up to you. Most people find the audit saves them money quickly enough that paying for the next step is obvious, but I’ve also done audits for people who just wanted confidence that their current setup was fine—and it was, so they didn’t change anything.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an audit cost?

I quote after the first call when I understand the scope. Simple account, quick answer. Complex account with multiple years of history and multiple campaigns—takes longer. Call to discuss.

How long does it take?

Usually a week from kickoff to written report. The actual audit work takes me 3–5 days; you get a detailed findings document and a follow-up call to walk through recommendations.

Do you need full account access?

Read-only access is ideal so I can see everything. If you’re uncomfortable with that, we can work around it, but screenshots and data exports take longer.

What if I'm in Solihull or West Midlands—does that change anything?

No. An audit is an audit whether you’re local or not. I work remotely with clients everywhere, and I’ve got experience with Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry, and the broader region.

Will the audit recommend I hire you?

Maybe. If you need ongoing hands-on management, I’ll say so. But if your current setup is working, I’ll tell you that too. My job is to tell you the truth, not to sell you something you don’t need.

What happens if I disagree with your findings?

That’s fair. I’ll explain my reasoning and show you the data. Ultimately, you decide what to do with the audit.
